My passion lies in the details of communication. Truly listening to what my clients want allows me to help them express who they are and what they want to say. Hair is very personal! It communicates self-image and cultivates an attitude, if we look good…we feel good!

CUTTING
Carol will help you choose the right look for you. Then, she’ll shampoo, and cut to send you out the door feeling current and confident.
STYLING
Shampoo, condition, blow dry or Iron and go. Carol will pamper you by creating the perfect blown out, sleek or wavy look that can last a few days.
COLORING
Change it all or even things out. One color all over that is darker than your natural color. This service does not include highlights or foils. Looking to go all-over blonde, pastel, or to go from platinum-blonde back to a natural color? Call us for help booking.

My goal is to create long-term relationships with my clients. If I have not met your expectations, I want to know. I will gladly provide you an adjustment service. The services are scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. No refunds will be given for services.
For any cutting, coloring or chemical services please contact me within 5 days. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee services if they have been altered by another salon, at home or if non-recommended products have been used.
If there is a complaint or challenge of any kind, I ask that the person who received the service be the one to call in. I am only able to rectify the situation by talking to the person that received the service from consultation to checkout.
