My goal is to create long-term relationships with my clients. If I have not met your expectations, I want to know. I will gladly provide you an adjustment service. The services are scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. No refunds will be given for services.
For any cutting, coloring or chemical services please contact me within 5 days. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee services if they have been altered by another salon, at home or if non-recommended products have been used.
If there is a complaint or challenge of any kind, I ask that the person who received the service be the one to call in. I am only able to rectify the situation by talking to the person that received the service from consultation to checkout.
